Founding group

Ten slots. About $1,950 covered.

Loadout opens in 2027 and we are taking ten founding clients. Your setup is on us, normally $1,250 and up. Your first event is free, normally $395 to $700. Your rate holds for as long as you are with us. And you get a real say in how the system works, because it is still being built.

Reserving costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nothing gets signed until we open.

Sound familiar

If this landed on your desk, we made this for you.

Marketing manager. Event manager. Field marketing lead. Trade show coordinator. Office manager who got handed the booth because nobody else would take it. Owner who built the whole program personally and cannot hand it off because there is nobody to hand it to.

Different titles, same calendar invite at 7pm on a Sunday. We see you.

Reserve a slot

This is the good part.

Ten companies get this and then it closes. Six fields is the whole ask, and you get a real reply from a person with actual questions in it rather than a brochure.

  • Setup free, normally $1,250 and up, however messy it turns up.
  • Your first event free, normally $395 to $700. Run a real show before you have paid us anything.
  • Your rate holds for as long as you are with us.
  • You help build the system while it is still being written.

No cost, no commitment, nothing signed until we open.

We use this to scope your program and to tell you when we open. Nothing else, and nobody else sees it. Prefer email? Write to [email protected].

Rather just talk it through?

Skip the form and grab fifteen minutes. Same conversation, faster, and you can ask the awkward questions about what this actually costs.

Not ready for that

Just get told when we open.

Completely fine. Plenty of people want to see how this shapes up before they think about moving anything. Drop an email address and we will tell you when the doors open. No slot held, nothing to decline later.

One email when we open. Maybe one or two before that if something is genuinely worth knowing. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

What happens next

What happens after you reserve.

  1. We reply

Within a day or two, from a person.

  2. We scope it together

A short call about your inventory, your event calendar, and where the current process actually hurts.

  3. You get a number and a held slot

What it costs and what is included. Your slot is held from that point. Nothing is signed until we open.

  4. We build your inventory

Everything intaked, measured, photographed, and loaded into your portal. On us. Then you can stop thinking about it.
